The Booking Process
1. Send us an email with your party/event details.
Once we receive your royal invitation, we will contact the princess you've invited to verify their availability.
(this can take up to 24 hours)

2. Once we have accepted your invitation, we will verify the details and let you know how to pay your deposit.
Please ensure you've read our terms & conditions/FAQ prior to paying your deposit.
Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis.
We recommend paying your non-refundable deposit promptly.
3. Then sit back and await your
'happily ever after' as we work our magic behind the scenes to prepare for your special day! We will be in touch the week of your booking to confirm details, send over any last minute party tips, and remind you when your remaining balance is due.

On party day, your princess will arrive at your castle/venue at the scheduled time with a magical chest full of surprises to entertain all guests!​​​
